These Terms and Conditions apply to the GAMCA Medical web site located at https://gamcatoken.wixsite.com/pakistan. The website is the property of GAMCA Medical Pakistan and by using this website you are agreeing to the below Terms and conditions.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, contained on the website is owned, controlled by GAMCA Medical, and is protected by trade, copyright, patent and trademark laws.

No part of the website and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without gamcamedical.pk prior written consent.

We are an appointment service provider, and our responsibility is limited to booking appointments only.
We are not responsible for conducting medical examinations or issuing medical reports in any capacity.
If, for any reason, the medical center refuses to perform the medical test, we are not liable. This is solely the responsibility of the medical center.
The official fee for appointment booking is $10. Any additional charges are our service fees. If you do not agree with this, you may choose to book your appointment elsewhere.
We will not book any appointments until we have received the payment. Even if you provide a screenshot of the payment, the appointment will only be booked once the payment is confirmed in our account.
The payment is refundable until the amount is in our possession. Once we proceed with the booking and the slip is generated, the amount will be considered non-refundable.
If the medical center delays your report for any reason, you must contact the medical center directly, as this is their responsibility. We are not accountable for such delays.
All communication between you and us is confidential. Please do not share screenshots or recordings of our communication without our consent.
The voice messages we send you are for guidance purposes only and are based on our experience.
The medical examination fee depends on the medical center. We only provide an estimated medical examination fee in our communications.
If you book an appointment after 12:00 AM (midnight), you will receive the booking confirmation after 09:00 AM in the morning.
On Saturdays and Sundays, if you book an appointment in the morning, you will receive the booking confirmation between 03:00 PM and 06:00 PM. If you book appointment after 06:00 PM, you will receive the appointment confirmation between 12:00 AM and 01:00 AM (midnight).
